In addition, the rate of fire, and force that propels the capsules. are fully adjustable. 18 capsules are contained in the air ram fed magazine, allowing the launcher to be fired at any angle.
Force and Rate of Fire Adjustments
The force adjustment control allows the effects person to adjust the projectile speed for maximum accuracy and safety. At full force, the launcher is capable of shooting a ball bearing through a television screen. The launcher fires 11/16in. (.6875in.) plastic capsules, 11/16in. ground glass balls, or 11/16in. ball bearings.

Capsules may be loaded with various fillers, including dust of different colors, zirconium for spark hits, lead shot for breakaway, black grease for hits on steel, et cetera. The launcher is constructed mostly from black anodized aluminum and black oxided steel, with wood grips and front stock. It weighs 13 pounds and is 39 5/8in. long. We also offer a JB model, which weighs 10 pounds, is 27in. long and has a 9 shot capacity. The air logic and pneumatic fittings and valves are high quality industrial components designed for long life and low maintenance. The launcher is a handsome and impressive piece of equipment, easily justifying a good rental price.
Got this gun in the other day for rehabilitation. It spent a year and a half in a wet box. When we checked it out, it still worked!!
Not to pat ourselves on the back, but this gun is about 20 years old. We have built over 250 of these guns in various configurations, and they are in use all over the world. The pneumatic parts are all high cycle automation air logic industrial components built to last a long, long time. We don"t get a lot of repair work. This one looks like all new screws and send out the steel parts for stripping and fresh black oxide.
Laminated Windshield and Tempered Rear Window Glass
The dog checks out a grease hit on a piece of auto glass. An empty capsule is filled with Vaseline and a small disc of black cloth. In a quick shot, it looks like a bullet hole without damaging the glass. We shot this at 100 PSI, but we recommend 75 PSI using our capsule gune
